Hi there, fellow travelers! I’m Lucas Steele, the founder of KidsFriendlyHotels.org. Like many of you, I’ve ventured across different terrains, from bustling city streets to serene mountain pathways. But my most memorable journeys? They began when I was joined by my wonderful wife and our exuberant 4-year-old son.

With the delightful challenge of traveling as a family – and soon with another addition on the way – I realized that the typical adult traveler’s priorities suddenly shift when kids are involved. It’s no longer just about the picturesque views, cultural immersion, or gourmet meals. It’s about ensuring that our little ones are engaged, safe, and just as enchanted by the journey as we are.
